A: No. When you configure the school year from your Super User account, Book Taco automatically applies those dates to every teacher linked to your account at the same time. You only need to set it up once.
As part of the configuration, all linked teachers are enrolled in the current period and their students are moved into it as well. The next school year is also queued automatically, so the transition happens on the start date you entered without any further action from you or your teachers.
Teachers linked to your account cannot configure their own school year — that option is not available to them. Their period is always inherited from your Super User account.
If a teacher is not linked to any Super User and has an active paid plan, they manage their own school year independently from their Teacher Panel.
